Who operates Loot Engine
Loot Engine is operated by Creech Gaming. Questions, deletion requests, and export requests can be sent to admin@creechgaming.com.
Data used to provide the app
When you use Loot Engine, the app stores the campaign data you create, such as campaign names, characters, sessions, encounter settings, generated and saved loot, and campaign notes. If you secure an account, Firebase Authentication supplies an account identifier and may supply your sign-in email address or sign-in provider information. Loot Engine does not receive or store your sign-in password.
Why this data is used
Campaign and account data are used to provide the app, keep campaigns associated with the correct account, recover secured accounts, and respond to support, export, or deletion requests.
Storage and service providers
Loot Engine uses Firebase Authentication for account sign-in and Google Cloud services, including Firestore and Cloud Run, to store campaign data and operate the hosted app. These providers may process technical information needed to deliver and secure their services, such as IP address, browser information, and service logs. Their handling of data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
Retention
Campaign data is retained for up to 180 days. You may request deletion sooner by contacting us. We may need to verify that you control the account before completing a deletion request.
Your choices: export and deletion
To request an export or deletion, email admin@creechgaming.com from the email associated with your account, if applicable. Include whether you are requesting an export, deletion, or both, and identify the campaign if your request concerns only one campaign.
Security
We use account-based access controls and managed cloud services to protect campaign data. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please avoid putting sensitive personal information in campaign names, notes, or other app fields.
Policy changes
If this policy changes materially, the updated version and effective date will be posted on this page.
